Once a quarter, Duxbury House staff are nominated by their peers for the “Shining Star” award – an award that helps shine a light on our employees who are recognized as consistently going above and beyond the call of duty for our residents and fellow staff.
This month, associate Lauren Ruff was nominated via the following submission:
“Lauren will stay late if her team needs assistance. She is so patient and kind with the residents and works hard to connect with them all. It doesn’t matter what the activity or spirit day may be, Lauren jumps in feet first to help garner support and spirit. She is a treasure!”
